Is your studio just for women?
Not at all! We have a growing number of male clients who enjoy our workouts to stay strong and conditioned for running, weightlifting, and more.
What is your cancellation policy? What if I have an emergency?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees: $15 for equipment classes, $25 for non-equipment. Each member gets four “comped” late cancels per contract. Questions? Contact the front desk.

What is the waitlist?
If a class is full, join the waitlist. You’ll be added automatically in order and notified by email. If you can’t attend, please remove yourself from the list within the 12-hour cancellation window, or you will be charged. If you are registered for two classes, or for one class and on the waitlist for another, please cancel your spot at least 12 hours in advance if you’re unsure about attending. This allows others the opportunity to join the class.
I’m a new client. What’s the drill?
Arrive 10 minutes early to check in, tour the studio, and complete a waiver. Entrance is on Toulouse Street. Your instructor will ask about injuries or conditions to provide necessary modifications.
where should I park?
Street parking is available on Toulouse Street (first-come, first-serve). Two lined lots: one on City Park Avenue and one fenced lot on North Bernadotte Street. Both are well-lit.
Do class package expire?
Yes, all packages expire 4 months from the date of purchase.
What should I bring to class?
Mats and equipment are provided. Sticky/grip socks are suggested for Equipment, Pilates Stick and LIIT classes (available for purchase if needed). Sneakers recommended for HIIT, REBOUND & TRX. Bring a water bottle. Water is available for purchase at the front desk.
Can I workout with injuries?
Yes, with doctor’s clearance. Inform your instructor of any limitations so they can provide modifications. Pilates Reformer is often used for rehab and recovery.
I’m pregnant or postpartum. can i take classes?
Yes! Most classes are prenatal-appropriate with modifications. New mamas may start 6 weeks postpartum with doctor’s approval.
do i need coordination or dance experience?
No experience needed! Classes are multi-level and suitable for all fitness backgrounds. Exercises can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients, or injuries, and amplified for advanced students.
What is included in the complimentary 30-minute private Pilates session?
It’s a consultation plus a workout. Your instructor will assess your body, introduce Pilates fundamentals, and recommend next steps.
Do I need privates before joining group Pilates equipment classes?
Yes, we require at least 3 private sessions to ensure safety and comfort with the equipment.
