SCULPT’s CANCELLATION POLICY

EARLY CANCELLATION: Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time through the Mindbody app or website to avoid a late cancellation fee. Please note that contacting instructors directly to cancel is not considered a valid cancellation method.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW: Any cancellation made within 12 hours of class time, or failure to attend a reserved class, will be considered a late cancellation/no show.

Package Clients: One class from your package will be forfeited for any late cancellation or no show.

Contract Clients: Accounts will be charged the following late cancellation/no show fees:

• Non-Equipment Classes: $15

• Equipment Classes: $25

If there is a circumstance you would like the studio to review, please contact the studio directly via email. Messages sent to instructors regarding cancellations or fees will not be considered.
