This rebounder class blends trampoline fun with weights and props to challenge strength, stability, endurance, speed and coordination. It’s 68% more effective than jogging and kind to joints. [Sneakers required]

CLASSICAL MAT

The original Pilates method
Experience the foundation of Pilates as it was originally designed. This mat-based class follows the classical sequence developed by Joseph Pilates, focusing on breath, control, precision, and flow to build deep core strength and full-body alignment. Expect a challenging yet mindful workout that strengthens, lengthens, and leaves you feeling balanced and energized.

pilates mat

Core-focused, full-body alignment

tower*

Using vertical spring resistance, Tower sculpting targets abs, glutes, arms, and thighs for a full-body reshaping session. Perfect for all levels seeking a transformative strength workout.

pilates stick*

Pilates & barre-inspired strength and stability
Mat Pilates meets resistance training: using a Pilates stick and bungee on the barre, this class builds upper and lower body strength, core control, and balance—plus a touch of cardio flair. Prior mat Pilates and/or LIIT class experience is highly encouraged.

LIIT

Low-Intensity Interval Training
HIIT’s gentler counterpart with a graceful twist. This full-body workout blends low-impact cardio intervals with ballet barre sequences and mat Pilates-inspired movements. Using lighter weights and bodyweight resistance—without jumps or plyometrics—you’ll build strength, stability, and endurance while protecting your joints. Perfect for anyone looking for a solid sweat that’s both challenging and kind to the body.

TRX

Gravity + Pilates for strength
Classic TRX suspension training that combines bodyweight resistance and Pilates alignment to build core strength, coordination, and stability. [Sneakers required]
