SCULPT’s WAItlist Policy

If you want to take a class but it's full, we encourage you to get on the waitlist, as there’s a good chance a spot will open up. Our waitlist system is automated, ensuring fairness for all members. If a space becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class. Waitlist updates are sent via email and/or text, so we strongly recommend that members keep schedule notifications enabled on their accounts.

The automated waitlist will continue to add clients from the waitlist to the class up to 1 hour before the start of class. So as not to miss your spot, you will need to have an active payment method available on your account - ie a class or active membership. The waitlist will not process a payment from your stored CC.

Members are responsible for managing their own schedules. If you are added from the waitlist and fail to attend the class, you will be charged according to SCULPT’s cancellation policy. Other members may have been waiting for that spot and could have missed out.

Please note, the waitlist is not to be managed between members. If you give your spot to another member, this is not acceptable and will be treated as a No Show in accordance with SCULPT’s cancellation policy.

We also offer a “double booking” feature, which allows members to be booked for one class while also being on the waitlist for another in the same timeslot. This flexibility allows you to try to get into the class you want. However, managing multiple bookings and ensuring you don’t overbook yourself is your responsibility.
