SCULPT BINGO TERMS & CONDITIONS
SCULPT Bingo will run from Monday September 15 through Sunday September 28 including all classes scheduled in this period. Sculpt reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule at any time.
Bingo sheets are the responsibility of Client’s to populate for all achieved challenges. Bingo sheets can be filled out manually and left in the studio (posted at the entry with your name on it) or filled out digitally and submitted via text or email.
Instructors will endeavour to provide reminders for movements or props utilized in class that can be marked off.
Class types or attendance will be ratified via the Mindbody system, if you are not booked for the class via the system you will not be able to receive this task.
Step counts must be able to be ratified by providing evidence via a reputable step counter (ie apple health app, fitbit or otherwise).
Prizes will be distributed at the conclusion of the Bingo period. Prizes are not accumulative, Clients will receive the highest prize value at the completion of SCULPT Bingo. Note the prize and conditions for each prize as below;
1 LINE - 20% discount on in-studio new purchases - applies to merchandise, classes and package purchases, excludes memberships and previously purchased items.
2 LINES - class of choice - equipment class will still require instructor clearance to enter class.
3 LINES - private one on one session - session will be booked at a future date & time that suits availability of Client, Instructor and Studio.
BLACK OUT - 1 month unlimited membership (first 3 Clients) - VIP unlimited will still require instructor clearance to enter equipment classes. BLACKOUT prize will be issued on a first in best dressed basis for the first three blackouts only.
